Onam 2026

Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Confirmation

Bookings are accepted for the Onam 2026 season, 20 to 30 August 2026, at our Chennai outlets. A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking number and QR code on this app, by SMS, and by email where an email address is provided.

Bookings are verified against your mobile number. Kindly ensure the number you verify is the one you carry on the day.

Pricing & Payment

The dine in Onam Sadhya is priced per guest and served unlimited. The Sadhya for the 2026 season is priced at ₹1,099 per guest; as an early bird offer, the opening days of the festival, 20 to 24 August, are priced at ₹799 per guest. The price applicable is the price for your chosen date, shown before you confirm.

Children up to the age of ten dine with our compliments when they accompany family members partaking in the Sadhya as paying guests. The compliment covers one child for every four paying guests; at the discretion of the outlet team, up to two children may be extended the compliment. Additional children are welcome and dine as guests at the applicable price.

All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices are final and are not subject to any further discount or deduction.

Payment is settled at the outlet. Where online payment is offered, your booking reflects the paid status once the payment is confirmed.

Menu & Non-Veg Specials

The Onam Sadhya is a fully vegetarian feast. Non-veg specials, where offered, are available for dine in only from the a la carte selection; they vary by outlet and change every other day. Kindly check with your outlet on the day.

The dishes of the Sadhya vary on special days and on peak days, and may also vary from day to day on a rotating menu. The feast is served as a complete Sadhya on every day of the season.

Dress Code & Conduct

The dress code is relaxed. Casual wear and traditional wear are equally welcome, and festive Indian and South Indian attire adds to the spirit of the celebration.

No alcohol is served at our outlets. Guests who arrive intoxicated, or whose conduct disturbs other guests, may be refused admission or service under our rights of admission.

Arrival & No Show

Kindly arrive on time. Reservations are held for 10 minutes past the reserved time; thereafter they are cancelled automatically and the seats are released.

On peak festival days seating may run a short while past your reserved time as tables turn. We request your kind patience; our team will seat you at the earliest.

Takeaway orders are held for collection within your chosen pickup slot. On high traffic days collection may involve a short wait.

Seating & Floor Preference

Your floor preference is a request and is honoured subject to availability. On peak and high traffic days you may be seated on a different floor from the one requested. Seating arrangements rest with the outlet team, with priority on the ground floor for elderly guests and expectant mothers.

Our dining rooms are laid out in tables of four and six. A party of one or two is seated at their own table where one is available; on a full sitting they may be seated at a shared table alongside another party, or requested to wait a few minutes for a table to turn. The Sadhya is served unlimited in either case.

A table is given only when the party is complete. A part of a group cannot arrive ahead and hold the table while the rest are on their way; seating begins once the entire party, or very nearly all of it, is present. Guests arriving ahead of their party may be requested to wait until the others join.

Each reservation is for the duration of its sitting. Guests are requested to complete their meal within the reserved sitting, so that the guests who follow may dine comfortably.

Takeaway Collection

Present your QR code at the pickup counter. Each order is handed over exactly once against its QR code. An Onam Sadhya Takeaway Box serves two adults.

Food Safety & Consumption

Every Sadhya is prepared fresh on the day of service and is meant for immediate consumption.

A word we ask you to read kindly. The Sadhya is served unlimited, and it is served on request: kindly take a second helping of all that you love, and kindly ask for less of what you do not. Millions in our country go without a meal on the very days we sit down to a feast, and a leaf left full is food that fed nobody. We ask this not as a rule of business but as a matter of conscience, and our team will gladly serve you again and again rather than see food go to waste.

Guests are requested to take only what they will finish. Where food is wilfully wasted, our team may decline further servings at their discretion.

Dine in orders are served at the table only and cannot be converted to a takeaway. Leftover food from the table cannot be parcelled, and food cannot be ordered at the table to be packed. Guests who wish to carry the Sadhya home are welcome to book a Sadhya Takeaway Box as a separate takeaway order.

Takeaway boxes must be consumed by 3:00 pm on the day of collection. Until serving, kindly keep the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The Sadhya is not meant for overnight storage, refrigeration, or reheating.

Once an order is collected, safe handling and timely consumption rest with the guest. The food is for personal consumption and is not for resale.

Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, kindly contact your chosen outlet ahead of your reserved date. Changes are subject to availability.

Duplicate & Multiple Bookings

Seats during Onam are limited and in great demand. Where the same guest holds more than one booking for the same day, or bookings at more than one outlet, our team may call or message to ask which booking is to be kept.

Where a guest does not answer the confirmation call, or does not reply to our messages, Ente Keralam and Advantage Foods Private Limited reserve the right to cancel the duplicate bookings and release those seats to other guests. Such cancellations are made as the festival draws near, so that a seat held twice does not go empty on the day.

A guest who genuinely wishes to hold more than one booking is welcome to do so; kindly tell us when we call, and every booking stands. Kindly ensure the mobile number on your booking is one you will answer.

Communications & Festive Offers

By making a booking you consent to receive booking confirmations, reminders, and collection updates for this booking by WhatsApp, SMS, and by email where provided.

You may also receive marketing messages and festive offers from Ente Keralam and Advantage Foods Private Limited by WhatsApp, SMS, and email, including pre-booking invitations and priority booking windows for Vishu, Onam, and other special festivals, extended to our guests ahead of general opening.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting your outlet. To stop these messages or to have your information removed from our systems, kindly write to us at info@advantagefoods.in. Booking confirmations and collection updates continue for any active booking.

Your Details & Future Seasons

We retain your name, mobile number, and email so that your bookings and order history stay with your account across visits, and so we may extend early bird access and preorder invitations to you for future seasons, including Vishu and the following Onam.

Your details are held securely and are never sold or shared for third party advertising. You may ask us to remove your details at any time by contacting your outlet or by writing to us at info@advantagefoods.in.
